We offer free domestic shipping on all shoe orders within the contiguous United States. All in-stock items will ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipping. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Additional charges apply for shipping to areas outside the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

We do not currently ship outside of the United States, but if you're shopping from another country, let us know—we're working on expanding and may add your country in the future.

We want you to love your LunaSol shoes as much as we loved creating them. If they're not the perfect fit, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

As a small business, we kindly ask that items be returned in their original, unworn condition. Shoes with any signs of wear—such as soiled soles, scratches, marks, blemishes, or stretching—can't be accepted because we aren't able to resell them. Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface to keep them pristine.

When your order includes free shipping, the cost of return shipping is handled by the customer, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
